I have two interviews today while doing this video, and both are very promising and challenging. The first one is with a podcast company. Since CatBox Media will also be creating livestreams and podcasts in the future, I believe I can learn a lot from this opportunity as a Client Success Lead.
I have two interviews today while doing this video, and both are very promising and challenging. The first one is with a podcast company. Since CatBox Media will also be creating livestreams and podcasts in the future, I believe I can learn a lot from this opportunity as a Client Success Lead.
The other interview is with a once-popular IT school. I’m applying for the AVP position, and so far, everything is going well—except for a few cultural concerns raised by the interviewers.
Another thing that’s been on my mind is why they’re experiencing low enrollment rates, despite the large number of students across the Philippines. Is it a marketing issue? A product issue? Are the enrollment fees too high? I’m not sure yet.
I have a few ideas, though. For the longest time, it seems the brand has been depreciating. In this video, I also reflected on ABS-CBN, my dream company, and how it has remained resilient despite the many challenges it has faced. What are they doing right? What’s their growth mindset?
This vlog is about my realization on the importance of reinventing to sustain—learning from ABS-CBN and thinking about how I can apply those lessons to CatBox Media, or wherever I may end up. Enjoy the video, boys and girls! Have fun. Best regards, Tito D
